Real Time - Guia de Transporte
What is a Guia de Transporte?
It is a document that must accompany the transport of goods, for example, from the warehouse to your store. It is mandatory that it be validated with the Tax Authority so that, if approached by an agent, it can legally justify the goods it transports.
In Vendus it is possible to communicate this type of document in real-time.
To do this, just follow the steps below.
Create a User in the Tax Authority
Access the Finance Portal and log in (if you have not already done so);
Then click on Create a User as shown in the picture below.

You must define these data and later configure them in the Pos software. Create a secure password.
You must also select the user access options for this, as shown in the picture below.

Finally, you must configure that user in the Pos software.
