Payment of Services - How to do it?

Well, to simply the payment process and to complish the payment in a better way, the Multibanco references are introduced. Multibanco references are a code that allows you to pay for services to the state, invoices for services such as energy, water, TV NET VOZ wherever you go. They include three fields:

Entity (Entidade) – identifies the company/sector of the state to which the payment will be made).

Reference (Referência) – This is the code that identifies the invoice being paid, so that the charge is recognized by the user.

Amount (Valor) – The amount you have to pay.

Let´s talk about the procedure to do "Payment of Services".

First of all, you need to insert your debit/credit card inside the ATM machine and put the personal code as shown in the picture below.

Next, you need to select "Pagamentos e Outros Serviços" as shown in the picture below.

Next, you need to select "Pagamento de Serviços/Compras" as shown in the picture below.

Next, you need to insert the correct values in "Entidade, Referência, and Montante" sections and click on green button to finish the transaction as shown in the picture below.
